Get $1000.00 Off!!!

UPDATE: In 2004, because of the hurricanes, we were delayed in building and shipping MC Cable Cutter & Pigtailers.  One company who had placed an order just couldn't wait and apparently "built" their own machine using info copied from a neighboring company's machine and other sources.  We are looking for pictures of the machine(s) that were built while we legally pursue the matter. The machines would be in the Denver area. Most companies can't get their "creations" working and end up buying from us in the end so lets hope that is what happens.  Remember, look for the gold nameplate with our name and patent # on it.

In 2003, a machine was returned after a 30-day trial.  It was apparent that it had been disassembled and reverse-engineered.  Here's the story: a distributor in the Albany, NY area had bought the machine for a customer of his who claimed he had "a wiring job fall through" and wished to return it.  Although we don't usually consider that a valid reason to return a machine (a "trial" implies that you USE the machine not that you MIGHT USE the machine), we were back-ordered at the time and could easily resell the machine so we agreed to take the machine back.  When they receive the machine, most people look at it and decide it is too much work to "build their own" and end up keeping it after the trial period.  Perhaps more than one have been built from copying ours in order to justify the expense.  Nonetheless, ANY copying of ANY part of the machine OR letting someone borrow the machine for copying is called "Patent Infringement" which is a nice way of saying "theft" which is exactly what it is.  Patent Infringement is a Federal Offense punishable by up to 4 times the cost of each copied machine plus lawyer's fees, administrative fee's, traveling fee's, lost wages, etc.  Here's where you come in...

To get $1000.00 off a new machine, you need to provide us with pictures and information of machines that might be "knock-offs".  Non-existent nameplates is one clue although a few early machines didn't have a nameplate or the nameplate was omitted by accident and we are aware of these.  The nameplate is usually mounted on the right drill frame.  Serial #'s have been recorded for the past four years so that is another clue.  Other subtle hints such as that the machine is crudely constructed or the fact that a machine was never sold in that area are also good clues.  Refer to the chart below of cities where there are one or more machines.  If the information you provide us leads to prosecution or a settlement, we will ship you a machine for $1000 off--it's that simple!

UPDATE: We have discontinued the 30-day "Try-it-you'll-like-it" trial.  Refer to the web page HERE for more info.
